Presentation slides should preferably be prepared in Windows-compatible PowerPoint format or Adobe PDF format.<br>Speakers are advised to bring their presentations ready on a USB drive and upload the file to the laptop before their session, preferably during a break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Contributions (Teaser +&nbsp;Poster)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Each contributed presentation consists of a 3-minute teaser talk&nbsp;and the presentation of an electronic poster:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">teaser talk (3 min, preferable 2 slides), &nbsp;no Q&amp;A<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">electronic poster presentation (60 min),&nbsp;including Q&amp;A<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Teaser talk<\/strong> presenters will be utilizing standard audio-visual equipment provided by the venue, including a projection system, a laptop, a laser pointer, and a microphone. Teaser presentation slides&nbsp;(we suggest 2 slides)&nbsp;should preferably be prepared in Windows-compatible PowerPoint format or Adobe PDF format. Please bring your presentation on a USB&nbsp;drive and upload the file to the main laptop before the session. The teaser talk file name should start with \u201cTeaser\u201d followed by your contribution number (P1.1 \u2026 P7.10) and include the presenter\u2019s name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Each <strong>poster presentation<\/strong> has an individual monitor located on the sidewalls of the conference hall where the talks will be given. There will be <strong>no<\/strong> space for <strong>printed posters<\/strong> during the workshop. Each <strong>poster<\/strong> will be <strong>digitally displayed<\/strong> on <strong>a <\/strong>4K UHD 16:9monitor screen allowing for poster presentation in <strong>landscape format<\/strong> at a size comparable to A0<strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong><br>The poster should preferably be prepared in Windows-compatible PowerPoint format or Adobe PDF format. Page size should be set to <strong>16:9 <\/strong>and<strong> landscape<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The poster file name should start with \u201cPoster\u201d followed by your contribution number (P1.1 \u2026 P7.10) and include the presenter\u2019s name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Contribution presenters are advised to bring their two files&nbsp;ready on a USB drive and upload them to the main laptop at <strong>latest 15 mins before their session begins<\/strong>, preferably during a break.
