Teaser presentation slides (we suggest 2 slides) should preferably be prepared in Windows-compatible PowerPoint format or Adobe PDF format. The teaser talk file name should start with “Teaser” followed by your contribution number (P1.1 … P7.10) and include the presenter’s name.
Each poster presentation has an individual monitor located on the sidewalls of the conference hall where the talks will be given. There will be no space for printed posters during the workshop. Each poster will be digitally displayed on a 4K UHD 16:9monitor screen allowing for poster presentation in landscape format at a size comparable to A0.
The poster should preferably be prepared in Windows-compatible PowerPoint format or Adobe PDF format. Page size should be set to 16:9 and landscape.
The poster file name should start with “Poster” followed by your contribution number (P1.1 … P7.10) and include the presenter’s name.
Contribution presenters are advised to bring their two files ready on a USB drive and upload them to the main laptop at latest 15 mins before their session begins, preferably during a break. Alternatively, you can send the files via email to event@hhi.fraunhofer.de until the evening before your session begins. To ensure a smooth transition from oral to poster presentation, please check that your poster is displayed satisfactorily and contact the workshop team if necessary.
